RENSSELAER Integra HR, which advises clients on human resources issues, has acquired ProKnowledge, a professional development firm that provides training on essential people skills, such as management and leadership, corporate culture, productivity and other practices designed to increase an organization’s efficiency.
“The acquisition of ProKnowledge helps us fulfill our goal of expanding the services we currently provide with a full roster of employee-focused training programs,” Jennifer Massey, Integra HR president and co-founder said in a prepared statement.
“We are also excited that ProKnowledge’s longtime performance consultant, Elaine Angelo, has joined the Integra HR team to continue to provide clients training coordination and content development to meet their needs,” Massey added.
“The ProKnowledge team has thoroughly enjoyed meeting the training needs of our community for the past seven years,” said ProKnowledge President Kathleen Pingelski.
“Adding PK’s professional development classes to the Integra HR portfolio makes a great deal of sense.”
Founded in 2019, Integra HR works with organizations on compliance issues, training for executives, employee relations, human resource operations, leave management and workplace investigations.
With the acquisition of ProKnowledge, for an undisclosed amount, it adds additional training programs on culture and compliance, staff development, multi-generational workplaces, emotional intelligence, business writing, delegation, and several others.
